1. Our commitment

1.1 Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238, ACN/ARBN 162 651 238), trading as CAQA Cloud ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to ensuring this website (https://caqa-cloud-preview.netlify.app) is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disability.

1.2 We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to meet our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

2. Measures we take

We build and maintain this website with the following accessibility measures:

• (a) Colour and contrast — a light, high-contrast design; text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, including footer link text against the footer background);
• (b) Keyboard access — navigation menus, search, links and interactive components are operable by keyboard, with a logical tab order;
• (c) Visible focus — interactive elements display a visible focus indicator;
• (d) Reduced motion — animated and cinematic effects respect the operating-system "prefers-reduced-motion" setting, and decorative motion is reduced or disabled for users who request it;
• (e) Text alternatives — meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are marked so screen readers can skip them;
• (f) Captions and transcripts — it is our policy to provide captions for pre-recorded video content we publish, and transcripts or text alternatives for significant audio content, where third-party player support allows;
• (g) Structure and semantics — pages use semantic HTML headings, landmarks and labels to support screen readers;
• (h) Resizable text and responsive layout — content remains usable when text is enlarged up to 200% and across screen sizes;
• (i) Consistent navigation — menus, search and footers follow a consistent pattern across the site.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• (a) Third-party embedded content (such as YouTube videos, maps and social media embeds) is controlled by the third party and may not meet the same standard;
• (b) Legacy documents (such as older PDFs) may not be fully tagged for screen readers — contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative format;
• (c) Decorative visual effects — while we honour reduced-motion preferences, some cinematic imagery may have limited value for screen-reader users; it is intended as decorative and is marked accordingly where practicable.

We review and remediate accessibility issues as part of our ongoing website maintenance.

5.1 If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may escalate it under our Complaints & Feedback Policy.
